Hi...I'm trying to export h264's with surround sound for QC checks and then upload a .mxf once approved. The MXF maps the surround sound correctly. But the h264 maps the surround sound to C,L,R,LFE,LS,RS rather than the requested L,R,C,LFE,LS,RS. Any idea how to change this?

h264 uses the AAC audio format. The track order is always: C,L,R,LS,RS,LFE

You can Use Compressor's Export Quicktime Movie setting to get a H.264 .mov file with the audio format of your choice. (ie. PCM etc...)
