FCPX 10.2.3 hangs on startup was created by daniele.farina
Final Cut Pro X hangs on startup for my user account only, and I need to force quit. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, removed preference files, tried other libraries. The only clue I've found is when executing the binary directly, here is where it hangs up:
objc[20502]: Class PMR is implemented in both /Applications/Final Cut Pro.app/Contents/PlugIns/Compressor/CompressorKit.bundle/Contents/Frameworks/AECore.framework/Versions/A/AECore and /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/PhotoLibraryPrivate.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/PMR.framework/Versions/A/PMR. One of the two will be used. Which one is undefined.
if i Remove /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/PhotoLibraryPrivate.framework FCPX is working fine
Final Cut Pro X, OS X El Capitan (10.11.3)

Did you relocate your photos library? If so, in photos preferences, confirm the location and if it is where you want it, choose to make that your photos library location. See if that helps.
