FCPX: Transfer Presets & Settings was created by augustheat
Greetings:
Installed a new drive and did a fresh install of El Capitan and FCPX. Was able to get my plug-ins and motion templates transferred over from my old drive with no problem. I had a bunch of audio presets, etc., in FCPX. Where are those stored so I can also transfer those back over? Really don't want to recreate them, and I know they're here somewhere on the old drive. Are there other preference files, etc., I should also transfer over from my old drive so I'm back to where I was? Can't seem to find an answer online. As always, any help is greatly appreciated!...

Good question...
Well, Color Board presets, custom effects, etc, are all stored in various system Library folders. Audio plugins and their own internal presets, not sure how that works. You may lose those. I'm not sure.
Yeah, very good question...
