Export issue

Help!
For last few days all my compressed exports appear with white spots. like a weird noise that comes and goes.
If I export Master file it's ok.
If I compress it in other software, its also fine.
Send to compressor, white spots again.
I've uninstalled both FCP and the compressor and installed the new ones.
It didn't fix it.
Also, other old video file show me the same problem. some do some don't, I can't follow the pattern and my exports appear with the spots on different computers as well.
Does anyone have any idea what this is??

Hi! Could you upload a screenshot? Which version of Mac OS X, FCPX and Compressor are you using? Did you download the latest Pro Video Formats (2.0.4)?

I'm using the latest of everything.
I think the problem started after the pro video update.
Tried removing it, installing the old one, updated it again.. and still nothing.
I'm attaching a screen shot, here the dots are red.
This is another part of the problem (brand new) the screen shot is from an mp4 file, which I've imported to FCP
and the dots appear on the viewer. (The file is clean when playing in finder/QT/VLC)

What is the original codec of the clips?
What codec are you trying to export with?

I have a problem with export too. It slowed down a lot!
I've reported a bug to apple - waiting for response.
