GPS-tracks from action cam

I have a action cam, Sony FDR-X1000 and it also records GPS data.

In Sonys Action Cam software, I can chose between three different ovelayes with tracking information as: speed, distance
and a actuall track.

Is it anny plugin in FCPS or Motion that could extract that meta data and give me opportunities select what data I want and make my on design of overlay

Hi Jonas,

there is a way to (ob)use Garmins Virb App. With this you can import the Clip, add the GPS Data (*.gpx file), sync the data with the video. You can choose different HUDs or scales. After this you can just export the clip and reimport to Final Cut Pro X.
