What filter is this?

Hi guys, I recently have been getting into the minimalism trend and really enjoy the look of pure whites and with a tad of fadedness. Here's an example of what I mean:

Can anyone tell me what filter is used here? I am looking to purchase a plug-in package that will produce a similar look. The style I like is similar to using the "faded" filter in photos on an iPhone.

Try dialing the saturation out in the Colour Board

Just tried it and all the crisp colours seem to fade and also the skin doesn't look normal anymore.

Could it just be that there was no filter but just that there are no colors in that video...all black, white, and beige?

The image suggests the clothes and backgrounds were specifically picked for that effect. Then in post, I'd just make it a bit higher contrast.
