Hi "guys"
I have some footage that I would like to stabilize but when I go into the effects inspector I can't find it.The other effects, transform, crop, distort, compositing, are all there but not stabilization. I feel kinda dumb, and I'm sure it's something simple but I can't find it.

The clip has to be in a project in the timeline, or has to be opened in the timeline from the browser.
