I might be asking to much form FCPX, but, is it possible to export the current from in a different resolution like 50% smaller?
Also export the farm with out the active Lower Third Text?

I don't know if any way to change the still image resolution on export. You could disable the title with V before you export the frame.

True I was just hopping to create a export package where I will receive a frame with and without the lower third.

If it is something you do often, create a custom Destination, that automatically opens the exported file in Preview, so you can change the resolution, Cmd-S, done. Then do one that includes title. Do it a second time and spend the 5 seconds it takes to configure Roles in the export to not include the title.
One request I've made, and hope others make it also, is to allow for custom Destinations that allow us to pre-configure Multitrack output with Roles. Rather than having to manually configure that every time, over and over again.
