I've created a new version of XTI (X-Title Importer).

I have added EBU STL support. Finally any STL type now can be imported.
There is also DFXP/TTML support. This means closed captions from Adobe Premiere can be imported into FCPX. DFXP/TTML is also used by many other apps - other apps for creating closed captions (both for US and the rest of the world) also use DFXP/TTML.

Here an important tip from a Montréal user: If you want to use Resolve 12 you have to use the "Basic Title" Motion title.
To create a template for Resolve with your needs the best way will be to create a "basic Title" directly in Resolve and create a XML from it - some settings might be a little bit different from standard FCPX.
This way subtitles will look pretty much the same in FCPX and Resolve.
