Newbie with Annoying Problem

Hello, Everyone! Excited to be up and running on FCPX - I literally began today (after many years of FCP7, mostly editing short films).
I shot a short a couple weeks ago and have about 175 clips and separate audio. We shot on the Sony A7s and recorded on an Odyssey (not sure what model). Here's where my problem begins:
The Odyssey recorded the camera audio and image about a frame off. Thus, after syncing clips and audio files via FCPX synchronize clips, the image and audio is off about half a frame. Note: the Clip audio and the external audio file is perfectly synced. Again: the problem is that the Clip audio itself is off due to the Odyssey glitch during the shoot.
So now I'm faced with the problem of 170 or so clips off sync about half a frame. I did a bunch of research and could not find a corrective "offset" feature during the syncing process.
My question: faced with this annoying situation, what corrective workflow do you recommend? Not sure if there are any FCPX features I don't know about that I can utilize. I also realize that there is good old manual syncing, which I will resort to if necessary (we slated every shot). Or should I go ahead and use FCPX audio sync, then LATER correct the half frame problem only on the clips that make the final edit?
Also important to note that we did not have Jammed Timecode
Thank you in advance!!!!
Christopher

Hi Christopher!
You can in fact manipulate audio on sub-frame level if you zoom in close enough. Not sure how to do that for more than one clip at a time, though.
BUT is this really necessary? It seems like a more theoretical problem to me. Do you really notice this difference when playing back? Half a frame is not much considering our visual perception of 25fps. Even with clapper sticks I sometimes find it hard to choose between frame A and frame B for syncing but in the end it all works out nicely. Just my few cent.
Have a good Sunday!

Are the sample rates of the video's audio and the audio only files the same, or different?
