Strange exporting problem

Hey everyone, I've been having a really strange exporting problem in FCX 10.0.1. First of all, I'm pretty new to FCX, so hopefully there's an easy solution to my problem.
I've got this project going from a Canon T2i at 1080p 23.94 fps. I've got it all cut together and all ready to export. Everything SEEMS to export fine, but once I watched the exported video, it plays the first 10 or 15 seconds (3 separate clips with a .mov lower third thing from Motion) and then suddenly reverts back to the 2nd of the first 3 clips and stays there for the rest of the video. (10 minutes) Strange thing is, there's audio throughout all 10 minutes and that keeps playing, the video just stops.
I've tried exporting through the Apple Devices menu, and with the Pro Res 422 and H.264 codecs in the regular export menu and nothing seems to work.
Any ideas? It's for a school project and I'd like to get it done ASAP.
Thanks!

1st, update to 10.0.2.
2nd, get "Preference Manger" (free) from Digital Rebellion to trash FCPX prefs.
3rd, output with Cmd+E at default settings, see what happens.

Trashed prefs and that didn't help, but I found part of the problem. Turns out the Motion titles I had in the project were at 60fps and my project was at 23.97. After I removed them, I'm noticing this small red square over the frame and I can't figure out what it is. Any ideas? (I've attached a picture of what I'm talking about)
After removing the Motion titles, I exported again. Same problem, except later in the project (after where the titles were.)
I'm reluctant to update since this is for a school project and I can't afford to lose anything.

Nevermind about the red square issue, that was simply a sizing issue. Still not exporting correctly. Thanks again for any help!

Just export your project via Share > Export Media > Current settings. Does this export correctly?

Thanks for the reply. It seems that any clip or title that I had in the project that had ANY sort of processing on it at all was messing the export up. First, the titles were accidently in 60fps, then there was a clip that I had color corrected, then there was another clip that was recorded at 60fps and conformed to 23.97fps. Once I removed all of those, it exported fine.
Question, as far as I can tell Final Cut X renders things like color correction and transitions in REAL TIME, right?
I could understand my issues with the clip if it hadn't been properly rendered, but I believe it's in real time.
I'm not sure why the conformed clip didn't work, though. A buddy of mine uses FC7 a lot and he was the one who recorded the video and conformed the clip, so I believe he knows what he's doing.
Any other ideas? Thanks again!
