Footage from Sony NX5 camcorder

Hello to all final Cut editors. Usually i import files at FCPX from Canon70D , Sony MC50 , and Sony NX5. With the first 2 cameras i have no problem at all, but because i had save NX5 files at my hard disk and then i import them to FCPX , doesnt recognize them. I have to open a new folder and then import them there, and only then i can import them to FCPX. The files are AVCHD. Even then i cannot work with them properly because i cannot sychronize, a lot of delays and finally one situation not for editting. I import the files from a SSD external hard drive. I have iMac with i7 , 5K retina, and 32 mb RAM. I think its quite powerful and its not logical having all those problems with import footages to FCPX . If anybody has any opinion about that i will be very grateful. Thanks a lot.
