I'm a coach and I use FCPX a lot.. I use it for showing tactical moves.
I'm searching for a plugin or another program for drawing lines / arrows en circle in the movies.
who has experience with this or can give me advice ?

Take a good look at "Callouts" from Ripple Training.
Since you'll want stuff to track movement, you'll probably also want to look at TrackX.

@BenB, there isn't any free software to do similar job as TrackX?

different approach here:
my son's last coach used a Mac, and I installed him a tool called Deskscribble (Appstore, there are several others offering the same), which allows to paint 'live' on your Macs screen.
When you record (QuicktimeX or Screenflow or .. ) this, you have a very powerfull and very intuitive tool. ...
Allthough am I huge fan of coremelt products (I purchased all three trackers). you can do a lot with a few, hand set keyframes, the examples for my callout-plug in, www.fcp.co/forum/generators/23254-callout-dotlinedot , are done without tracking, just a few key frames...

May I suggest you start simple, and go on from there?
Maybe you'll find that the Shapes generator right there in FCP X is all you need. Maybe after a while you outgrow it and find you need a more powerful tool.
