Do you guys still use them? sometimes I use them to make sure text/bugs are safe. Or T.v's now pretty much the safe ratio.

If it is broadcast, you MUST use title and action safe. Today's TV's still overscan. If you're going to web or projection, it's not as bad. But use them anyway, they just help your framing look better.
