MAC10.11 out for a long time, why FCPX10.2.2 has not updated? Hurry ...

Because, other than a little TC window interface glitch, it works just fine with El Capitan. There's a few plugins with issues and possibly an Nvidia driver issue, which are OS related, not due to FCP. Adobe and Avid aren't updated either.
