Pixelfilmstudios ProMessage help!!

I can't seem to find any place for support (at this time 4:12 pm PST) for a plugin I am trying to use. Has anyone used the ProMessage plugin? The chat bubbles are pushing up my main storyline video instead of overlaying on top of it.

There's no support forum or any mention of this anywhere I can find.

you will find that to use footage as a background for a chat you have to create the chat first, put it inside a compound clip, and then put that compound clip over your footage.

Thanks. I watched a vimeo tutorial from their site on how to use it and I didn't catch that there.
