Export with first few frames missing the grade I applied

Hi,

I’m experiencing an issue and I’m not sure if it’s because of FCPX, Color Finale or Compressor, so I’m posting this here in the hopes someone has a solution or if it is a known issue that's yet to be fixed.

I used Color Finale to grade a couple of projects in FCPX and sometimes the first 1st or 2nd frames of the first clip appear without the grade applied. It happens in FCPX, Compressor and in the exported file but it doesn’t always happen. I could send the project to Compressor from FCPX with both looking fine then the exported video has the problem. Sometimes it happens when I have the Color Finale control panel open and select 6 Vectors.
I’ve also put a second of black in front of the 1st clip and still get the problem in the exported video.

I hope that makes sense, I’ve attached screen grabs that show the problem.

Also for your info I’m running:
OSX El Capitan 10.11.1 on a mid 2012 MacBook Pro
FCPX 10.2.2 but was also experiencing it on 10.2
Compressor 4.1.3
Color Finale 1.0.18
