Keyer

Hi FCPers,

I'm trying to use the keyer to export a file with a transparent background using ProRes 4444. I's a black spider crawling across a green background.

I load my green screen file in and set the key colour, and everything looks fine when I look at the "matte" - the spider is white, the background black. I can load another test video clip in below the spider and see that it's working.

After exporting in 4444, I can only see the grey outlines of the spider's legs - the solid black areas inside the spider's body have become transparent. Everything looked fine inside FCPX. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!
