Quite an amazing plugin! There is also a demo available.

Yes it is an amazing plugin. I always have lots of jump cuts, taking out "umm" and stumbles. Now I just drop in this transition and I am done.

Although I'm often using b-roll to cover jump cuts as I find it aesthetically more interesting, there are countless times when I'm one b-roll shot short of what I need or, due to timing, there's a point where I don't want to use b-roll. Very impressive.

I used it some yesterday -- it is pretty good. Unlike some CPU-bound plugins it is very fast and requires little rendering.

Since we shoot in 4k for 1080p distribution we can sometimes cover an interview cut with a jump to a crop from the same camera angle. However mMorphCut works very well and gives more options. Sometime you just don't have appropriate b-roll to cutaway to.

That's amazing! It is like the secret sauce for people (like myself) that are nervous speakers in front of the camera. The results seem seamless. This can only be a boon for the personal v-logger presenters out there. Thanks for the info.
( just ordered since I get 10% off as new customer.)

For the early purchasers I'd love to see some real world user results and also what situations are the results are less convincing, just to know the range of viability. I'm always slightly skeptical of developer product demos since I don't know what (if anything) got left on the cutting room floor.

Their demo is very impressive so the little skeptic devil on my shoulder keeps nudging me.

I'm going to guess a problem area is when you have the kind of talent that gesticulates very heavily with their hands.

Why don't you download the free demo and try it yourself with your own material.
With my own tests I'm more than very impressed with the results.

I absolutely plan on doing that but I'm not sure my own clips will push it too far. That's why I like to see other tests.

Okay, I just tried this out and this is my quick and dirty test with the front facing camera on my iPhone 6.
Because I was moving around I had to make adjustments with the length of transitions and also the movement setting (default, medium, high). It should be much better with the camera further away and my face not filling so much of the frame.

Thanks. That's a pretty good extreme closeup test. I like seeing how it handles potential "worse case" scenarios.

I've found there are limits to how much movement it will tolerate before falling apart. But, for most interview type shots, it works really great. Way better than PPro's built in effect.

Bought today......love it! Amazing for umms and aahs. At first I could notice where I put the morphs cause I could see the transitions in the timeline. After I exported a master file and watched the movie, I couldn't tell where I used it.....really cleaned up an interview I was struggling with!! For the price it is a complete no brainer.

I guess, that is the best advice: meant for covering SHORT cuts.

The demo is - imho! - a bit misleading, to edit out whole passages the goo' ol' Wipe is better suited ("dear viewer, here is an edit!"). Some ähhh and öhh (Germans produce other sounds while thinking ;) ) are short, the subject mostly doesn't move too much, then it does marvel.

öhm ... that's all.

Hello, can you please do a test were you are jump cutting to two different things or people that have the same relative position?
