Hi,
I've got a 4k project for projection in a museum, I supplied them with a h.264 but it seems their hardware (Brightsign) needs h.265... I don't think this is possible from fop x but is their a high quality conversion app? ( ideally free!)

Try Handbrake. I believe it can now output H.265

DIVX also supports H.265 now.

Telestream Episode 6.5 also supports H.265 encoding.
