Hi all.
Firstly - newbie alert- and apologies if this has been answered elsewhere. I did do a search but I can't find anything so here goes:
I've created a movie in FCPX and I want to export it (as m4v) so that when I open it in iTunes it has the following info displayed in Get info/Details
Director
Year of release
I'd also like to add cover artwork and specifically make it import to 'Movie' as opposed to 'Home Movie'
Can i do this within FCPX or do I have to add/change tags from within iTunes Get-info?
Thank you very much in advance for any help

I use Metaz (previous Metax). Works great. You can select to tag as Movie or Home Movie, as you wish, add tags for all the fields you like such as year, director, actors, cover artwork, etc.. Very easy to use. Super fast and FREE. You can download it here :

. Hope it helps. Helped me 100%.

Or just do it in iTunes, which is also fast, easy, free.
You can add metadata in FCPX, but I'm not sure if that carries over to iTunes, but worth a try to see.
