I'm just curious how everyone decides to organize projects with Libraries and Events? I know everyone has their own personal way of doing things, so i'm just curious

Every client gets a Library. Repeat client work simply gets an Event per production.

Or your Film gets a Library, give material for each Scene a unique Event.

Or, through everything in a single Event, and just rifle through it all from start to finish every time you need to find something. I'd personally not use this specific organizational model, though.

Of, if you're doing something complex like a Documentary, create a folder with the production's name. Then make multiple Libraries in that folder, for different parts of the production (location, group, individual, event, etc). A folder on a hard drive is a very good organizational tool. Especially when you pop it into the Sidebar of your Finder windows!

So far the example where you have a film and you give each scene an Event, what do you do with your projects?

Projects for each scene are in that scene's Event. Don't forget you can create Smart Collections at the Library level to see all Projects, or all of one thing or another, in the Library as a whole. So even though each scene's Project is in that scene's Event, you can make a Smart Collection for all Projects at the Library level, and access them all together there, also.
