Audio Scrubbing Oddness in 10.2.2 was created by Redifer
When editing audio and advancing frame-by-frame with the arrow keys, the wrong part of the audio sometimes plays. If I stop the playhead between two sentences of a speaker, for example and then bump to the left or right with the arrow keys, I can hear his voice in a section where there shouldn't be any at all. The waveform is drawn correctly and there isn't any sound there. Project is 24-bit 48000Khz and so is the audio file. I had exported the audio to tweak it with iZotope RX and then re-imported it. It's perfectly in sync except when advancing frame-by-frame.

Yep, that's an annoying bug I believe with the latest release. Fortunately it doesn't affect export.
