The only camera I have ever used with my FCPX is Canon 7D - I have always had great results.
I dumped some footage to my Firewire hard drive imported it to FCPX (the last version with Mavericks) and it's really jerky with fast flashes of other clips, even when I put it in the timeline it does the same. I thought the clips were corrupted, but when I preview them in Finder (space bar) the clips play fine with no jerk.
Do I need to dump preferences again? Or is there a secret handshake I'm missing?

PS, I tried dumping the footage to re-import it, but after dumping it it won't now re-import!
Even from another drive!
