Is there any way of changing from NTSC to PAL when sharing on FCPX? was created by sonictimbo
I'm trying to do a PAL DVD, but when I make either a master file or select 'MPEG2 - For DVD' from the share menu it outputs an NTSC version that I can't import into DVD Studio Pro

Is there a way to do it?

Almost all PAL DVD players will playback NTSC. That said, you export a PAL DVD you need to export a PAL or PAL frame rate project.

Can confirm what Tom wrote. We sent a couple of NTSC DVDs to European countries, and they all played correctly on PAL players.
