Trouble Sharing my Project

I just finished a project and was attempting to share it as a QuickTime file (which is what I've done every other time I've shared a project) and every time it gets to 49% I receive the following message:

"Operation could not be completed because an error occurred when creating frame 3226 (error -1)"

Is there a way to correct this problem? I've never seen this message before and have no idea what to do to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

First change General prefs to display frames. Then go to the problem frame and see what's going on. You might have to replace the shot.

Where do I do that? I checked preferences and all the other menus and can't find anything about displaying the individual frames.
