Wrap Logo around Moving Coffee Foam Cup

I have a situation where I need to make a logo move with a stationery foam cup that is picked up and moved towards the camera in stop motion.

I have included two sample footage clips:

I am a newbie to FCPX and understand their are keyframe motion tracking options available in FCPX and externally via Mocha Planar tracking but this issues to also involve some form of 'curviture' or 'wrapping' around the cup as it moves.

I will have other challenges in other clips that make the cup rotate with the logo. I assume the solution will be similar to the one for that above (if at all).

I appreciate any specific help on this project.

Since you have the tilt of the cup, I'd do this manually in Motion, keyframing the Four Corner, Scale, and Position parameters as needed. That's a very short, simple shot and wouldn't take long to do at all. It is so short, "tracking" may be a waste of time/effort.
