Need to pick up another external drive. Was going to get the Elgato Drive +, but noticed the Samsung T1. Slight edge on either one? I see some reviews ding the T1 for no trim support. Does the Drive+ have trim through TB? Does trim make that much of a difference?

Thanks!

OK, well I know the Elgato has been used by some on this forum. I guess I'll stick with that one!

Love my Elgato T'bolt SSD drive (except it freaks out El Capitan dev beta).

Ugggg... B&H Photo just called to say this was no longer available! Wonder if they are discontinuing it? Might have to try the T1 after all.
