Organizing plugins and effects

I have FX Factory installed which places a lot of trial/demo effects in the effects browser. Is it possible to move all of those to an FX Factory folder and leave the default and/or paid for/active plugins and effects separate?
I know that you can create new folders called Custom or even _costom for effects that you open in Motion and then modify - but what are the implications of issues involved in moving FX Factory demo/trial effects into their separate folder?
Thanks

I believe you'll probably want to let FX Factory manage those plugins to avoid any potential problems. You can disable all trials in the app's preferences (or just specific ones you don't want) and they will not show up in FCPX.
