Hi everyone, i want to know how to do this image transition that happens at 1:37 to 1:39, is it possible to do in fcpx ?

in clip#1, someone walks close to camera, from left to right (black full frame shadow)
clip#2 comes into frame with a simple vertical wipe, tracked to the movement of the person

what makes it so 'smooth' is the reverse camera-movement in clip#2 ... wipe to right, content to left ...

very simple, IF you have such material on your hard drive

Yes, as Karsten said, a simple wipe transition between two clips. Then on top of those two, you'd have a clip of something passing in front of the camera with an alpha-channel. Or some variation of that.
