Light Leaks Files - How Do I Store These?

Hi,

I bought some effects for use in FCPX and most of them installed within either the titles, generators or effects folders and are visible via the effects browser window.

However, some of the effects called LightLeaks are .mov files and cannot be loaded into either of the folders mentioned and, therefore, not visible within the browser window.

The company I purchased from told me that these cannot be loaded into the folders I mentioned and so will not be visible within the browser window and that I have to create an Event and load them into that.

Does that mean that for every project I work on I have to create an Event and load all of these files into that Event which amounts to nearly 1GB of files?

Can I not just create one folder within FCPX and keep them there? It seems crazy that unlike the effects within the browser window which I can quickly examine the effect they provide to my clips and quickly select I have to resort to a more lengthy process to utilise the LightLeaks files.

Thanks for your help.
