I have a Sonnet Thunderbolt card reader. On my MacPro it takes 22 minutes to copy an 11Gb MXF file to the desktop, yet on my Macbook Pro it only takes 2 minutes. As far as I can tell I have checked all the drivers and they are identical on both machines. It is a SXS-1 32 Gb card. What's going on?
