Hello, I want to create this look
Anyone know the look's name? or have a link to a good tutorial that shows how to achieve it?

I don't see anything particularly extreme about this look that would warrant a name. In general, "looks" might have a name insofar as the application or plugin that has pre-baked looks gives them names, but those names are wildly varied and often only give a vague sense of the tone of the look.
This video is just nicely shot with a fairly naturalistic look. Black levels look fairly standard, not crushed, and highlights look normal to me. It's slightly warm-ish at times and cool-ish at times, all while being only a bit desaturated overall. As the time goes toward night, it gets cooler and the mids go darker and gives it that dusky feel. There are a lot of shots there that are fairly low-contrast. They probably did some secondary work emphasizing the blue in the singer's eyes and the colors of her outfit.
I doubt they just put on a look filter and said "done." They probably did a session with a decent colorist and did a lot of subtle detail work that doesn't stand out, but is important to the overall feel of the piece. I bet you they had a discussion about emphasizing the passage of time by gradually changing the look from normal contrast/warmish to lower contrast/cool-ish. A lot of that just comes naturally from where and when they're shooting, but you can do a lot to heighten this if you want. This is not a hard look to achieve as long as the footage is properly shot with a decent camera.
