Carbon Copy problem

I back up my projects using Carbon Copy and I've run into an interesting problem. I have my original library that I've copied to another drive (actually a disc image). As you can see below, it has copied some of the events and not others. When I look to see the package contents, they are all there, but they don't show up when I open the cloned drive. The libraries are the exact same size. Has anyone encountered anything like this?
