Soundproblem with mp4 in the export

Hey there
I've got a strange problem over here:
When I'm using mp4 files (and I have to use them, cause it's from the only screencapture program, that doesn't affect my fps), and I export them, the audio has a lot of pops in it. I don't hear them inside FCP, only after the export. Strange thing is, when I convert the mp4 into a WAV file, mute the sound of the video, and put exactly the same sound as a WAV file underneath, the plopps go away.
So i always have to cut through 2 files, when I want to edit the video, which is really annoying. I know it's not the sound itself, cause it works when I have it seperated, it seems, that FCP has a problem with the mp4 file while exporting...

It's very likely the audio on the MPEG-4 file is compressed, maybe a non-standard sample rate for video production. Could you guys be complete information on the file? Might have to convert it. Did you try optimizing the file on import? Might want to check that and see how optimization handles the audio.

What screen capture app are you using?

I'm using NVIDIA Shadowplay to record.
And the file audio is just normal at 48khz, just like my voice recordings.
Haven't tried to optimize files while importing. I'll check that next time.

hey there, me again.
I tried nearly everything now. It seems, that FCP has problems with mp4 data.
The file itself doesn't have any audio problems, but from the moment on, i drag it into FCP, the plops appear.
I missheard it before, the plop sounds also appear directly in FCP, not just after the export.
I tried to optimize the file when importing it, it changes nothing. I also tried to analyse the audio but that also doesn't help.
At the moment I always have to bounce a WAV file out of the video file (with audacity), and than continue the work.
I would love to work directly with that video.
I tried it with other windows programs like the movie maker and adobe premiere, and I don't have that problem over there.
The mp4 file is: 1920x1080
data rate: 16266kBits
60p
audio is 195kBits, stereo, 48kHz
I also tried to import it in 60p and in the 59,something frames, also, no change...
I really don't have any idea how to solve that problem without taking an extra step and extra work...
