Exporting segments from FCPX project - help please

Hi guys & girls, I am an Avid editor going thru this process of learning FCPX which I think is an awesome application. I wanted to know if anyone knew how to export portion of timeline / storyline segment out of the project instead of the entire project. My reason for doing this is I sometimes have to send segments out for approvals. I was thinking about doing this in Quicktime but I would rather do inside the app if possible. Thank you in advance for your shared information.

when in your project/timeline set an In (I) and out point (O).

When you export, you'll only export that section, connected clips and all.

thanks for that it is that easy I over looked it.

You can also use the range tool (R) and pull a selection and export that.
