DECLINK HD EXTREME 3D - A/V out problem

Hi,
I trashed the FCP X preferences files with shorcut (option-cmd). After that My decklink card didn't output the video to external monitor. All settings are ok, cables ok, drivers are up-to-date also all applications like (Davinci, FCP 7, Adobe Premiere) give output to the monitor.No response in FCP X. Also in FCP X preferences A/V out is Black Magic 1080p 25. So FCP X recognizes the declink but no preview at all. Only a black signal. I uninstalled FCP X and decklink desktop video but nothing changed. I wrote to the black magic but they didn't replied. Do you have any idea?

Hi Ilkay, welcome to the forum.

Make sure "AV Output" is checked in the FCP X Window menu. If it isn't you won't get any picture out of your card.
