stabilization crash fcpx 10.2.1 e yosemite 10.3

Hello everyone
I have a problem starting stabilization and then hangs before FCPX finder. I have to restart the entire system by pressing the reset there is no other way.
Has anyone had the same problems?
Mac Pro 2015 Yosemite 10.3 FCPX 10.2.1 this is my configuration

How long of a clip are you trying to stabilize? What is the format of the clip media? Do you see the render wheel increment when the stabilization is analyzing? Does this stop at a particular percentage? Deleting the render files and trying again might help, but it would be helpful to have answers to the questions above.

The time of the clip and indifferent any length of time, both on xavc both mov, I see an increase in crashes analisy but not always at the same tempo.Anche eliminating render not to effect positive, and applying new stabilization goes all in block.
