How to colour grade when there are constant coloured flashing lights on the subject? was created by coffee_king
Hi all
Ive recently started to dable with colour/color grading and have shot some footage of a band performing with lots of coloured flashing lights constantly on them.
So how do I go about colouring grading/colour matching?
Its a multicam video so I guess I can get away without colour matching some what, but what do I colour grade to exactly? Faces are blue one moment, then red the next etc etc.
Thanks

If the lights are part of the performance I wouldn't really worry about them in matching. I would suggest you pick an area that is not effected by the lights and match that from angle to angle.
