Is it possible to make incremental backups of updated Libraries?

Is it possible to make incremental backups of a Library that has been updated by another editor? Or do you have to copy them all over from scratch?
I have a drive that's going back and forth between me and an editor and whenever he sends back the drive with the Library containing the updated Project and maybe a new Event or two, and I want to make a backup, I have to start from scratch and it recopies the whole Library.
Anyway to just update a Library with just the new changes/additions? Thanks!

It's for making backups only, right? Have you looked at Backups for Final Cut Pro ? It does incremental backups of libraries, just like Time Machine. It's really good.

It turns out that "Backups for FCPX" doesn't do what I was looking for---it does continuous backups.
But what I wanted to do was this. I create a Library on one drive, and then create a backup on another drive. As I work on the project, add media, etc. in the one library, I was looking for something that might just update, and not completely erase and replace, the Library on the second drive when I backup the new work on the second drive.
If you do it through Finder, it just "replaces" the old Library with the newer version you're dragging over, but if you have a big Library, a couple of TB, that takes a long time.
Turns out that there may be a way to write a script in Super Duper to do a "Smart Backup" (where it just copies the changes and doesn't start from scratch with each incremental back) on just a Library, and not the entire disk. I have to try this, but I thought there might be some easy app that would do this.

Why would you, or anyone, have a library with TB of data?
If you work with lots of media, you need to make it external. Then your library will be a few MB, at most, and a Finder replace will be nearly instantaneous.
