Hello everyone,

I did not see a forum for the update so I'm posting this question here. I hope that's ok!

I have been unable to find a list of the keyboard shortcut changes made with the update! Is there a list anyone could point me in the direction of?

Thanks!

There really aren't any. Although your old custom layouts are saved now. The new "Save Audio/Video Effect Preset" and "Adjust Volume > Silence" commands have none, but you are able to create your own.

I don't know if it's just something screwy with my work computer, but Option + Click doesn't bring the playhead to the clip I'm selecting anymore. I haven't updated on my personal computer yet so I Can't check to see if it's just this computer or keyboard.

Does anyone know anything about this?

Clicking in the Timeline still works the same in 10.2 as it previously did, no change there.

Click on a clip, selects the clip.
Opt-click on a clip, selects the clip, jumps playhead to clip.

Click on an empty space, playhead jumps to that location.
Opt-click on an empty space, deselects everything, playhead doesn't move.

Just to add a different dimension to the discussion.

I find the app "Cheat Sheet" to be very useful for keyboard shortcuts.
Cheat Sheet is a free app that will display all keyboard shortcuts for whatever program is active and any user added shortcuts whenever you hold down the command key for about 3-4 seconds.
Helps this old geezer remember. Too many shortcuts; too little time :silly:

CheatSheet Home

Hope this helps, Greg
