Rendering Help

Hello, I am a long timer FCP X user, almost since it's release.
I am seeking some help cuz I am about to rip my hair out looking at how slowing my latest video is render.
It's a 4 min 30 sec video with a single imagine as the background, short audio clip recorded from my iphone 6, with the basic lower third title throughout the entire video with various text.
I want to know why this specific lower third takes so long to render? I have the latest macbook retina upper tier with 16GB of ram yet this thing has been rendering for almost an hour now & this is not the first time this has happened
(Only have FCPX running)

I often dont use this specific lower third through the video so it's not a problem most of the time but for times line this, Im almost running late for working just cuz of how long this is taking!!

So can anyone experienced with this tell me why this specifically takes so long to render??
I mean I most render HD game footage & even that renders several times faster that this (no more than 10min max)
I really just want to know, I dont think it my hardware & Im waiitng on apple next macbook before upgrading anyway

Remove the lower third from the timeline and see if the render goes quickly. If no difference, maybe delete the render files and try again. That length of video should be darn fast to render. You may have a problem with the title, but test without it and post back. You might also give specifics about the lower third title, codec, project format and your export settings.
