Compressor 4.2 Unable to submit to queue

I am having trouble with Compressor 4.2, "Unable to submit to queue, Please restart your computer or verify your Compressor installation is correct."

I am not able to compress anything from Compressor 4.2, but I am able to use all the Compressor preset including that one that I create in Compressor from FCP X.

I have repairer Compressor with Digital Rebellion,
I have delete Compressor with FCS Remover from Digital Rebellion,
I have remove the Compressor folder in Library Application Support,
If I open Apple Qmaster there is a massage "Apple Qmaster cannot be opened because of a problem.
I have also remove Apple Qmaster.

I don't know what else to do.

Any help would be appreciated.

Ricky

Try repairing Compressor from inside of Compressor itself. Go to the Preference, in the Advanced section, at the bottom. "Reset Queue" button. Run it twice. Once to "Cancel Jobs" and again to "Repair Compressor". See fi that helps.

I'll assume you don't have legacy versions of Compressor installed, right?

Yes I already send feedback to Apple.
At least I can share from FCP X using the preset I have created in Compressor.

Thanks Ben

Not being able to duplicate this, fill out the feedback form. So using the free Digital Rebellion app FCS Remover, rebooting, and reinstalling doesn't work? I'd think there's an OS issue maybe. Very troublesome.

of course i've submitted the feedback form already. but this will take a long time. i actually submitted the feedback form a while ago. i've had this issue for months now - on both macs. compressor repair usually fixed it but it stopped helping after the last update. and now even after a fresh clean reinstall nothing :( since i am really desperate i am looking into media encoder now...or sorenson squeeze but it's a lot more expensive. an insight on which is better?

Compressor's built in repair function hasn't solved any problem for me the two or three times I tried it. BUT - Apple's recommended repair document has worked (especially sections 10 thru 13) here: support.apple.com/en-us/HT203476

I have also had better luck with Digital Rebellion's Compressor repair tool over the built in tool. It's free and is here:
www.digitalrebellion.com/compressorrepair/

I have used both of these methods on El Capitan, but I believe they also work in Sierra.

Creating history....one edit at a time !

fun thing: i can use whatever preset i want within fcp X and put it through compressor but submitting a batch is impossible. so i'm thinking something is broken in terms of the qmaster batvh processing or CPU/GPU implementation because fcp X utilizes the GPU to render to compressor.
