Most of the times that i apply the sharpener effect in a video (i use a value between 2 and 2.3), the video appears legalized in the scopes.. nothing exceeds 0 and 100 and the video has suddenly become broadcast safe !
It doesnt happen all the times but it happens with some particular videos that i shoot in ''miniature'' mode with my Nikon D3300. Miniature mode crushes the blacks and dramatically increases saturation, but in FCPX when i apply the sharpener filter the video becomes broadcast safe !
Can somebody confirm this or is it a bug in FCPX scopes?
