TRANSITION HELP!!!

I need help trying to do this transition or maybe its a theme. I am trying to mimic the red background after each video clip and the way how the text is with the black bars. Also At
0.16secs I'm trying to make the text appear just the way it is in the video, Can you guys help.

Are you saying you want to copy what this video is doing with the text clips? They're not really transitions, but just titles. Doesn't look difficult to do. But I'm not sure what "exactly" you're trying to do. Do the same title clips on your own video?

Ok, explaining how to build such a complete template is more than a forum post should take. I'm going to suggest doing the Motion training by Ripple Training, as this uses several basic Motion techniques.

Red rectangle background with some streeks. Text could be manually key framed or use a combination of behaviors. Black lines are just keys rammed black lines.

Open up the newest version of iMove, create a new project then choose trailer and Finish Line.
