I Need Help, please was created by Brad Parsons
I am struggling very much with trying to export audio from FCPX to LPX. It doesn't work right; the audio gets all out of sync. I am also trying to use iZotope RX4 within LPX and it won't open the .aif files. I can't get into the Apple discussions. I don't know what happened to their support but the discussions just end in a circle anymore, so no help there. I tried joining LPX User Group and somehow when I filled out the registration process it didn't go through so now I can't get in there. I really need help and don't know where to find it. If anyone here has knowledge of how to use LPX with FCPX and IZotope in LPX please just say the word. I will be happy to pay for a call. I'm serious. A phone consult would be cheap compared to all the time I've wasted on this project. I know this doesn't fit very well here but the LPX forums seem dead. I've always found help from you guys.
Thank you

Finally isolated the link between LPX and iZotope RX4. RX4 won't recognize .aif files. When I convert them to .wav files all is good. So, that issue is solved, now the like between FCPX and LPX. From what I've read there are problems. I can see that perfectly well. Imported XML files don't jive with where they were in FCP. Is there an answer or is this a pipe dream trying to use LPX to put finishing touches on my audio?

What versions are you running of OS X, FCPX and LPX?
RX4 shouldn't have any issues with AIFF files, that's odd.

Thanks Ben
I'm running OS X 10.10.3, FCPX 10.2 and LPX 10.1.1. Yes, I don't understand the RX4 issue either. Works fine with .wav. Support says .aif or .aiff should pose no problems. I've sent off an error code to iZotope hope they can help.
