is a simple luma-key: create your logo in black and white put it 'over' your clip, choose 'luma key' in the Inspector pane/composing

split the clip by cropping it, and put it with the trasnfrom tool into position,

just edit out a few frames from a smooth camera movement, sort of jump-cuts ..
