Old mac's library can't open. ".fcpcache.tmp" couldn't be removed.

I recently transfered all my data to my new Mac.
Unfortunately, when I open it, a message pops up saying; "Set storage location for the library "Macintosh HD's Projects and Events".
It gives me 5 options.
Media: In library
Cache: In library
Backups: Final Cut backups
Close Library
"Ok"

Those are my options. When I click on "Ok", a box pops up saying; ".fcpcache.tmp” couldn't be removed."

Please help.

In what version of FCP X was this Library created?

What version of FCP X and OS X are you running on your MacBook Pro?

I started the library in 10.0.12
I upgraded all the way to 10.0.14, and it still worked.
When I tried to re-open it on the new Mac, it says ".fcpcache.tmp couldn't be removed"

I am currently running 10.0.14

10.1.2
10.1.4
