Can't Install FCPX on 2nd computer with a 2nd license was created by Rbelfi
My job gave me a used MacBook Pro to install FCPX on, but every time I try to buy FCPX the App Store tells me purchases are not available at this time. Could it be something with the iCloud account? I created a brand new one before attempting to purchase and the person who used to use the laptop no longer works here.

There has been an issue on Apple's side with the App and iTunes stores. Try again later, see what happens. AND verify you are actually logged in to your account in the App Store.
