Im trying to export my master file and getting this error |The share operation Master File has failed The operation could not be completed because an error occurred when creating frame 0 (error -1).|
i tried some changing the video codec option and some other minor thing but nothing.

In FCP General preferences change the display to frames. See what's happening at the frame number. Maybe replace the shot or trash render files.
